In June I met with Joe Gates and contracted with him to rebuild my konakenscoffee.com web site.

My existing site, while graphically satisfactory, had little function and no flexibility. I asked Joe if he could build a new site that retained a resemblance to the old site so as not to disturb the brand image that was in place, but add in the flexibility and features necessary to move forward with more effective online sales.

Joe transformed the site into a feature-laden site with more than all of the options we had discussed, plus he made suggestions and added additional features that further improved the site and added the ability for me to make changes to content at will, provide special promotions to the customers, and vary the product offerings with ease.

Joe was also able to improve the "look" of the site and modernize it without losing any of the recognizable elements from the previous site.

I am very pleased with the time he took to educate me on how to operate the site for myself and how to make content changes as well as operate all of the other new features.

Joe listened, researched, and provided exactly what I had asked him for and much more. I recommend him without hesitation. Now, if I can only keep him away from my competitors....!
